Scheduling & Policies

Please confirm the seller’s availability/flexibility and ensure all contractor work, cleaning, and property staging are completed before requesting an appointment time. When possible, providing a preferred time range is helpful unless a specific appointment time is required. We will always do our best to accommodate strict schedules and deadlines.

Submitting an order through the online portal places your request in the queue for scheduling confirmation based on photographer availability. Coordination may take several hours. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the exact appointment time.

A $25 non-refundable scheduling fee will be charged at the time of booking and applied toward your final invoice upon delivery of the completed photos/tour, typically by 5:00 PM the following business day.

There is no fee to reschedule an appointment; however, cancellations will result in forfeiture of the $25 scheduling fee. To request scheduling changes, please email us with your updated request.

Please Note:
- A 50% onsite cancellation fee applies once the photographer has arrived at the property.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual interior square footage, additional interior/exterior areas requested, property condition/preparedness, and
overall project complexity.

Delivery & Hosting
- Standard delivery is next business day by 5:00 PM unless rush delivery is requested.
- Weekend and holiday delivery requests are subject to an additional 25% fee.
- Photo virtual tours and 3D tours include 6 months of complimentary hosting. After the hosting period expires, an active subscription is required to keep
tours online. Archived tours will be permanently deleted after 3 months.
