Please confirm the seller's availability/flexibility and that all contractor work and property staging will be completed before the requested appointment time. It is helpful to include time range options when scheduling unless a specific day/time is required. We will always try to accommodate strict schedules and deadlines. Submitting an order through the online portal will place your request in the queue for confirmation as close to the requested day and time as possible. This may take a few hours to coordinate with the photographer's availability. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with an exact appointment time. There is no fee for rescheduling or canceling up to 24 hours before the photoshoot. To make any changes, please email americanimageryllc@gmail.com with an alternate request. Please note: a 25% fee applies for same-day cancellations or rescheduling and a 50% fee applies for onsite cancellations. Final photo amount and price may vary based on actual interior square footage, additional interior/exterior locations or details requested, and/or project preparedness and complexity. Your card will not be charged until photo/tour delivery the following day, typically by 5pm. 12-month free photo virtual tour and 3D tour hosting period. After the 12-month free hosting period, keeping your tours active requires a subscription, otherwise, they will be archived and taken offline. Once archived, Tours will be permanently deleted after 3 months.
